A dock box is not décor. What Rotomolding Actually Produces
Rotational molding heats polyethylene powder inside a mold that turns on two axes. The plastic melts, coats the interior evenly, and cools into a seamless, hollow part with consistent wall thickness and no joints. Quality marine boxes use UV-stabilized LLDPE formulated for outdoor exposure. The result is a one-piece tub that has no seams to leak, no thin spots or joints, and no gel coat that can chalk or spider-crack.
