Mooring buoys are used to provide flotation to the end of the rope or chain that attaches to a boat with a permanent anchor affixed at the other end.  A mooring buoy serves as an extension of the anchor line while making it easily accessible on the water.  The Ice Spar design makes this buoy ideal for winter use.  The tapered design resists freeze-in.  Lightweight for easy removal and transport.
